Patronage is a moral recognition with which the International Piezoelectric Surgery Academy (IPA) expresses its symbolic adherence to an initiative deemed worthy of appreciation for its cultural, scientific, educational or celebratory purposes.
Organizations, associations, foundations or other organizations of a cultural, scientific, educational and social nature that operate on a non-profit basis may apply for patronage.
Individuals or individual providers cannot apply for sponsorship.
Patronage can be requested for cultural events, conventions, congresses, study initiatives, scientific and social research of a local, regional, national and international nature of considerable importance.
The request must be sent to the General Secretariat of IPA, for the attention of the President, and received by e-mail at least 60 days before the implementation of the initiative. In the event of justified circumstances, illustrated in the sponsorship application, the President has the right to accept the sponsorship request received after 60 days, after hearing the favorable opinion of the Board.
In addition to a brief presentation of the initiative, it is necessary to attach the following to the request:
- if conference or congress or seminar or research, the program and list of speakers or researchers;
- if exposition, the scientific project and the composition of the scientific committee;
- if competition or prize, the announcement and the composition of the jury;
- if cultural or social or educational or celebratory or charitable event or other, the program.
Once the application has been received, it is examined and then given a favorable opinion or a refusal of the granting of patronage subject to the possible opinion of the Board of Directors.
In the event of a contrary opinion, the Secretariat writes to the body, association, foundation or other organization giving reasons.
In the event of a favorable opinion, the Secretariat writes to the institution, association, foundation or other organization reminding them of the commitments undertaken by reading these regulations.
It is a commitment of the entity, association, foundation or other organization requesting, if sponsorship is obtained:
- to publish the IPA logo on every communication tool relating to the event from the date of granting the sponsorship;
- to invite the President, or his delegate, for the opening of the works or the inauguration of the event,
- to send the program of the initiative in pdf format to the Secretariat so that it can be published on the website and/or advertised to members.
Il patrocinio è un riconoscimento morale con il quale l’International Piezoelectric Surgery Academy (IPA) esprime la propria simbolica adesione ad una iniziativa ritenuta meritevole di apprezzamento per le sue finalità culturali, scientifiche, educative o celebrative.
Possono richiedere il patrocinio enti, associazioni, fondazioni o altre organizzazioni a carattere culturale, scientifico, educativo e sociale che operano senza finalità di lucro.
Le persone fisiche o i singoli provider non possono richiedere patrocinio.
Il patrocinio può essere richiesto per manifestazioni culturali, convegni, congressi, iniziative di studio, ricerche scientifiche e sociali a carattere locale, regionale, nazionale ed internazionale di rilevante importanza.
La richiesta deve essere inviata alla Segreteria Generale del IPA, all’attenzione del Presidente, e pervenire per e-mail almeno 60 giorni prima della realizzazione dell’iniziativa. In caso di giustificate circostanze, illustrate nella domanda di patrocinio, il Presidente ha facoltà accettare la richiesta di patrocinio pervenuta oltre i 60 giorni, sentito il parere favorevole del Direttivo.
Alla richiesta è necessario allegare oltre ad una breve presentazione dell’iniziativa:
- se convegno o congresso o seminario o ricerca, il programma e l’elenco dei relatori o ricercatori;
- se mostra, il progetto scientifico e la composizione comitato scientifico;
- se concorso o premio, il bando e la composizione giuria;
- se manifestazione culturale o sociale o educativa o celebrativa o benefica o altro, il programma
Pervenuta la domanda viene presa in esame e quindi dato parere favorevole o di rifiuto della concessione di patrocinio previo eventuale parere del Consiglio Direttivo.
In caso di parere contrario la Segreteria scrive all’ente, associazione, fondazione o altra organizzazione dando motivazione.
In caso di parere favorevole la Segreteria scrive all’ente, associazione, fondazione o altra organizzazione ricordando gli impegni assunti dalla lettura del presente regolamento.
È impegno dell’ente, associazione, fondazione o altra organizzazione richiedente, se ottenuto il patrocinio:
- pubblicare il logo del IPA su ogni strumento di comunicazione relativa all’evento dalla data di concessione del patrocinio;
- invitare il Presidente, o suo delegato, per l’apertura dei lavori o l’inaugurazione dell’evento,
- inviare alla Segreteria il programma dell’iniziativa in formato pdf in modo che venga pubblicato sul sito e/o pubblicizzato ai soci.
